Duties Oversee daily operations of vacation rental properties, including tenant relations, lease administration, and property maintenance coordination Create and distribute NYMRAK Property Management newletters and maintain website Manage property check-in and check-out processes from marketing listings to screening tenants using platforms like Guesty and Pricelab Resolve guest concerns to maintain a 5-star experience Ensure timely and professional communication with guests before, during and after their stay Respond quickly to guest inquiries, requests and issues Conduct regular property inspections before check-in and after check-out, coordinate repairs, and oversee facilities management to maintain high standards of quality Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates through upselling amenities and enhancing guest satisfaction. Bonus structure tied to onboarding new owners that need property management services Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and record keeping for all property-related documentation using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and other office tools Foster excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly via phone etiquette and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate property upkeep and resolve conflict situations effectively Qualifications Experience in property management or real estate administrative roles Strong knowledge of Guesty, CMMS systems, and office software for efficient data management and reporting Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and conflict management abilities Experience in property management, facilities management, and upselling strategies to enhance occupancy and revenue streams Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts effectively while maintaining positive relationships with tenants and vendors Administrative experience including filing, data entry, contract management, and office organization skills Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Embark on a rewarding journey where your expertise will directly impact the growth of our vacation rental portfolio!
