About JustStorage JustStorage is a rapidly growing self-storage operator focused on operational excellence, superior customer service, and results-driven performance.We pride ourselves on empowering independent, self-motivated leaders who want to grow with a brand that values hustle, accountability, and attention to detail.About the Role We're looking for a highly motivated Self Storage Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of one of our self-storage facilities.This is a hands-on position requiring a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a customer-first mentality.You'll wear a lot of hats--sales, service, site maintenance, and business management--all while working independently with little supervision.What You'll Be Doing Physical & Property Responsibilities Walk the property daily, climb ladders/stairs, and lift items up to 50 lbs.Open/close and inspect units, complete lock checks, and handle light cleaning and maintenance.Work outdoors in all weather to keep the property safe, clean, and customer-ready.Operational & Customer-Facing Duties Maintain strict compliance with the daily checklist procedures Drive move-ins & revenue using our JUST Right rental process and strong sales techniques being able to easily add-on tenant protection plans & moving supplies.Handle cash/credit transactions, bank deposits, and maintain accurate records.Enforce JustStorage's collections process with precision and professionalism.Travel to other sites for errands, supply runs, or support, as needed.Performance Expectations (KPIs) Managers are expected to consistently meet key performance metrics, including converting inquiries/leads into rentals, promoting tenant protection plans, generating positive Google reviews, maintaining low delinquency rates, and achieving overall revenue goals.Performance will be evaluated based on adherence to these core operational and sales benchmarks as well as additional KPIs as assigned Compliance & Independence Complete monthly self-audits Follow all company policies and management guidance Work independently while maintaining full accountability What We're Looking For Self-starter who thrives working solo but communicates well Strong attention to detail, ownership of results, and customer-focused Sales-minded with the ability to connect with customers and close the deal Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Willing to work weekends, some holidays, and handle physical tasks daily What You'll Get ?
