Job Description
As a single-family residential property manager within our company, you'll be responsible for all maintenance, tenant relations, owner relations, and new property sign-ups. This position requires a Colorado Real Estate broker's license. Our company is family-owned and operated an experienced manager to take over an existing portfolio. You will have all the tools to be successful in your role. If you have experience in Appfolio, Microsoft Products, PropertyMeld, Leadsimple, Etc, this is a bonus! Compensation: $60,000+
