Position: Property Manager Location: Multi-sites in Kettering/Dayton OH Salary: $55,000-$62,000 per year, plus bonuses Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am - 6pm (with after-hours as needed for emergencies) Make an Impact As a Property Manager , you’ll lead operations across three communities—creating a positive, welcoming environment where residents feel at home and communities thrive.
