If yes, you might be the perfect person to join our operations team, so let's talk.Paradise Properties We are a team of energetic people who love the Gulf-coast, properties, caring for our Owners, and helping Guests.We are passionate about helping people enjoy their best vacations along our white-sand beaches in some of the best properties between 30-A and Panama City Beach, FL.We know a lot of people need a vacation and we are on a mission to help them have a great one.We are also passionate about giving our team members opportunities to grow within our company.We are a locally owned property management company focused on vacation rentals.We are proud to have served the area for over 20 years.We like people with passion.Experience is great, but we can teach you a lot of skills if you have passion.The Position At Paradise Properties, our Property Managers are incredibly important members of our Ops Team.Our property managers oversee a portfolio of properties to ensure the properties are maintained, the Guests staying in them are cared for, and the Owners of the properties are happy with the rental income and condition of their homes.Responsibilities: Manage the physical condition and appearance of a portfolio of properties Partner with Owners and our Marketing team to optimize occupancy and rental income for the portfolio Partner with our finance team and Owners for monthly financial reviews Project manage the more extensive maintenance projects in the portfolio Partner with the Business Development team to help onboard new properties Support the after hours / emergency line (rotating) Partner with the Ops team to support:housekeeping, inspections, laundry, and maintenance Partner with the Ops team to manage Guest check-ins and check-outs Qualifications: Property management or operations management experience preferred High attention to detail Able to learn our operations procedures and execute them quickly once learned Able to learn and use our property management software Able to move urgently without sacrificing standards Committed to rolling up your sleeves and do what it takes to serve our Guests and Owners Willing to help the entire team when needed with a positive attitude Work Environment: Schedule is typically 5 days/week, days and hours may vary based on seasonality and business needs, but we work diligently to provide our team as much schedule stability as possible.Expect to work on weekends.
