Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial or residential properties. In this role, you will ensure the properties are well-maintained, compliant with safety standards, and provide exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders. Your leadership will drive efficient management practices, foster positive tenant relationships, and coordinate maintenance activities to uphold property value and operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, and service requests to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention Oversee maintenance activities, including scheduling repairs, inspections, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, providing guidance on technical tasks such as HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and track work orders, inspections, and compliance documentation Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facilities management tasks involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and industrial maintenance procedures Monitor property budgets, expenses, and ensure cost-effective management of resources while maintaining high standards of facilities management Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations related to high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, and environmental standards Skills Strong management skills with experience supervising maintenance teams or facilities staff Mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical experience including high voltage and low voltage wiring, schematics interpretation Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance management and work order tracking Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices involving programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics reading Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on project management within manufacturing or industrial environments Effective communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination Hands-on experience with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters; familiarity with troubleshooting electrical issues using schematics or schematics-based diagnostics Ability to supervise complex projects involving multiple trades; experience in facilities management is preferred This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead facility operations in a dynamic environment where your technical expertise and leadership will make a tangible impact.
