Property Manager

Property Manager – Single Family Portfolio We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of single-family homes. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of properties—from marketing and leasing to maintenance coordination and tenant relations—while ensuring compliance and strong financial performance. Property Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage new property intake, marketing, showings, and leasing activities Oversee make-ready process, inspections, and property readiness Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely completion Handle tenant communication, rent collection, renewals, and delinquencies Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections Maintain compliance with Fair Housing and local regulations Provide updates to ownership and support overall portfolio performance Property Manager Qualifications: Colorado Real Estate License required Experience managing single-family properties Knowledge of property management operations and financials Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills Experience with AppFolio preferred Valid driver’s license with ability to travel between properties Please note that Compensation and Benefits are set by our clients and REP cannot be held responsible for any changes in benefits or final compensation offered for a position.
