Conduct Engaging Property Tours Lead in-person and virtual tours for prospective residents, highlighting apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits. Manage Financial Performance Set rental rates, oversee collections, process deposits, prepare budgets, and approve vendor invoices to ensure the property meets financial targets.
