Proposal Coordinator

Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join a leading outdoor advertising agency in the San Antonio area. Primary responsibilities include supporting account executives and campaign strategists, making sure to understand needs of requests, processing all proposal elements and deliverable documents as directed by the Manager, assuring complete and timely completion of proposal deliverables, and working with Service Level Agreements (SLA) to ensure accuracy and continuity of deliverables. The ideal candidate is intrinsically motivated, will operate with a sense of urgency to make sure the internal clients have what they need, and be able to multitask and juggle several tasks and various accounts at once. Must Haves: Bachelor's Degree Proficient in MS Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Plusses: Proposal coordination experience Salesforce experience
