蛋白质生物物理科学家 运用核磁共振技术解析蛋白质 - 配体相互作用，为内部药物研发项目提供技术支持。建立并开展用于片段筛选、苗头化合物验证及作用机制研究的核磁共振实验方法，与跨学科团队协同工作。 岗位职责 ・建立配体观测及蛋白质观测核磁共振实验方法 ・开展基于核磁共振技术的片段筛选并验证苗头化合物 ・利用核磁共振技术研究蛋白质 - 配体相互作用（亲和力、动力学、作用机制） ・进行同位素标记蛋白质的表达与纯化 ・分析实验数据并向项目团队汇报研究结果 任职要求 必备条件： ・生物化学、生物物理学或相关专业博士学位 ・生物化学、生物物理学或相关专业硕士学位，且拥有 3 年及以上基于蛋白质核磁共振的药物研发工作经验 ・扎实掌握蛋白质 - 配体生物物理相关知识 ・工作积极主动、条理清晰，具备良好的团队协作能力 优先条件： ・具备昆虫细胞或哺乳动物细胞同位素标记相关经验 ・掌握基于片段的药物研发（FBDD）/ 基于结构的药物研发（SBDD）知识 ・掌握其他生物物理与生物化学研究方法，如表面等离子体共振（SPR）、等温滴定量热法（ITC）、微量热泳动（MST）、纳米差示扫描荧光法（nanoDSF）、质谱技术（MS）及酶学实验等 工作地点：上海 Protein Biophysics Scientist Support internal drug discovery projects by applying NMR to characterize protein–ligand interactions. Develop and run NMR assays for fragment screening, hit validation, and mechanistic studies. Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Develop ligand‑observed and protein‑observed NMR assays Perform NMR‑based fragment screening and validate hits Use NMR to study protein–ligand interactions (affinity, kinetics, mechanism) Express and purify isotopically labelled proteins Analyze data and present results to project teams Your Profile Essential PhD in biochemistry, biophysics or related field • Master’s degree in biochemistry, biophysics or related field with ≥3 years drug discovery experience with protein NMR Strong understanding of protein–ligand biophysics Self-motivated, organized, and able to work effectively within a team. Desirable Isotope labelling in insect or mammalian cells FBDD / SBDD knowledge Other biophysical and biochemical methods such as SPR, ITC, MST, nanoDSF, MS and enzymatic assays Location: Shanghai
