About the Opportunity: The Provider Compensation Analyst is responsible for analyzing and designing provider compensation programs. This role contributes to the organization''s success by supporting compensation plans that align with care strategies, quality and performance goals, and financial objectives. The position is integral to ensuring fair market value assessments and aiding in the integration of new providers during acquisitions and contract renewals. Responsibilities: • Gather and analyze data related to provider compensation Review CPT coding and create proformas Develop reports and conduct provider market analysis Model compensation plans for new hires, acquisitions, and contract renewals Participate in implementation teams for new acquisitions Research legal compliance, market trends, and provider pay surveys Perform fair market value assessments and manage external review processes Collaborate with the Provider Compensation team and system leaders to develop compensation plans supporting care and financial goals Promote team collaboration and reflect the organization’s mission and philosophy through all duties Requirements: • Bachelor''s Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field Minimum of 3 years in roles involving compensation design, finance, physician practice management, and project/change management Preferred: Experience with Human Resources, Contracting, and Business Intelligence software Preferred: Experience with data reporting and analytics tools Pay Range and Compensation Package: • The posted wage range includes minimum and maximum base pay, with placement based on relevant experience and factors Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities Benefits & Perks: • Retirement 401(k) Savings Plan with employer matching Health care benefits including medical, dental, and vision Life and disability insurance Paid time off including parental leave, vacations, holidays, and time off for health issues Voluntary benefits and well-being resources Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
