Job Summary The Provider Sourcing Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates aligned with current and projected business objectives. The sourcing specialist develops creative approaches to identify, attract, and engage high quality candidates by ensuring maximum exposure of current and anticipated provider opportunities throughout Lexington Medical Center. The sourcing specialist utilizes innovative sourcing strategies to develop leads, pre-screen CVs, and professionally present candidates to recruiters. They will also assist with site visit coordination, provide business intelligence and market data to support ongoing sourcing initiatives, and maintain the candidate database.
