Psych / Behavioral Health RN Shift - Night Shift 7p-7a Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team.The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.Maintain accurate medical documentation, including ICD-10 coding for diagnoses.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.Uphold safety and infection control standards within the clinical environment.Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice and BLS certification Psychiatric/Behavioral health nursing experience required Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology relevant to nursing practice.Familiarity with laboratory procedures and medical documentation systems.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with patients and healthcare teams.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Join our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our patients through exceptional nursing care.Job Types:Full-time, Contract Pay:$70.00 per hour Experience:RN :1 year (Required) Psychiatric / Behavioral health:1 year (Required) License/Certification:RN License (Required) BLS Certification (Required) Work Location:In person.
