HCA Healthcare seeks a Psych Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will perform comprehensive mental health assessments, administer and monitor psychotropic medications, and provide crisis intervention and suicide prevention in a therapeutic inpatient setting. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure safe, trauma-informed care.
