Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) – Per Diem (Massachusetts) Mindgrove Health | Hybrid (Telehealth + Optional In-Person) Mindgrove Health is a growing private psychiatric practice founded by Dr. Fey Ramey, DNP, PMHNP-BC , built on the belief that when patients feel heard, treatment becomes more effective. We provide high-quality, personalized mental health care across the lifespan, combining thoughtful medication management with a collaborative, patient-centered approach. Unlike high-volume settings, our model prioritizes time, attention, and clinical excellence . We are seeking a per diem PMHNP to join our team and support our Massachusetts patient panel one consistent day per week . Position Overview This is a low-volume, high-quality care role focused primarily on medication follow-ups for stable patients. You will work closely with Dr. Ramey in a collaborative care model , ensuring continuity and consistency in treatment approach. Schedule 1 consistent day per week (Massachusetts patients) Optional: flexibility for one day every 2 weeks depending on availability Hybrid: Telehealth + optional in-person sessions Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management Conduct follow-up visits (20–30 minutes) Deliver brief supportive psychotherapy when appropriate Collaborate with Dr. Ramey on treatment planning as needed Maintain timely, high-quality documentation in the EHR Participate in light clinical coordination (refills, labs, follow-up care) What Makes This Role Different No high-volume pressure Thoughtful, patient-centered care model Strong clinical leadership and support Flexible, predictable schedule Opportunity to grow within a well-structured private practice Ideal Candidate We are looking for a provider who: Is PMHNP-BC licensed in Massachusetts Values listening, collaboration, and individualized care Is comfortable managing common outpatient conditions (anxiety, depression, ADHD) Has strong communication and documentation skills Is reliable, professional, and aligned with a low-volume, high-quality care philosophy Growth Opportunity Position can expand into Additional clinical days Specialty focus (e.g., ADHD, women’s mental health) Long-term part-time role within Mindgrove Health Compensation We offer a competitive, flexible compensation structure tailored to experience and role expectations.
