Job Responsibilities & Expectations Provide professional nursing care to patients, preferably within psychiatric and/or long-term care settings. Work rotating shifts, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. Be available to work 12-hour shifts and accept mandatory assignments as required by facility needs and State of West Virginia regulations. Maintain punctuality and demonstrate consistent attendance. Adhere strictly to the State of West Virginia dress code and all WV DHHR / DHF / OSA policies and procedures. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care. Maintain compliance with safety, emergency, and patient care standards of the facility. Job Requirements: Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license, with no disciplinary actions against the license. CPR and First Aid certification from the American Heart Association (required). Psychiatric and/or long-term care experience strongly preferred. Must be able to work ALL shifts, including rotating and weekend shifts.
