Company Description Phoenix Pointe Psychiatry is dedicated to providing compassionate and individualized mental health services. Focused on improving the well-being of its patients, the practice offers a range of psychiatric and therapeutic treatments tailored to meet diverse needs including psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, medication management, and therapy services. Phoenix Pointe Psychiatry also features a robust esketamine/Spravato program. Due to demand, Phoenix Pointe Psychiatry is opening its second location. This office will be located in beautiful Gilbert, Arizona. Role Description This is a contract, remote role for individuals licensed as Psychiatric PA-C, PMHNP, LMFT, LPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosing and creating treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions or medication management based on patient needs. The role involves active collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, and providing compassionate patient care focused on mental health improvement and overall wellness. Qualifications Relevant licensure as PA-C, PMHNP, LMFT, LPC, LAC, LMSW, or LCSW in good standing Expertise in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a broad range of mental health conditions Strong communication, counseling, and therapeutic intervention skills Experience in medication management, if applicable, and familiarity with psychiatric medications Proficiency in maintaining compliant and accurate clinical documentation Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote care delivery Commitment to providing patient-centered care and continuous professional development
