Job Summary Support to young adult with Autism . In this energetic and rewarding position, you will work closely with patient, family and care team members , to promote safety, engagement in ADL and leisure activities at home and in the community. You will help create a positive environment and make a meaningful difference utilizing your skills in behavioral health and psychiatric care. Responsibilities Monitor and observe closely and ensuring safety at all times. Assist with crisis intervention strategies to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support during behavioral emergencies. Support with daily activities(including hygiene, activities promoting mental and physical wellbein) Document patient behaviors, responses, and progress accurately while maintaining confidentiality. Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive behaviors. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans. Maintain a safe environment. Prior experience or training in psychiatry, behavioral health is required Experience working with teen and young adults with Autism. Ability to perform patient observation accurately and respond effectively during crises or emergencies. provide compassionate person centered care. Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with client and collaborate effectively with team members. Certification or training in crisis intervention, behavior management. Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour Work Location: In person
