POSITION OVERVIEW Outpatient Psychiatry role focused on evidence-based behavioral healthcare for adults and children Stable weekday-only schedule designed to support provider balance and continuity of care Mission-driven behavioral health organization emphasizing culturally sensitive psychiatric services Collaborative outpatient care environment with full clinical and administrative support staff Community-centered practice located within Pennsylvania’s Juniata River Valley region COMPENSATION Base Salary: $240,000+ based on experience Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 SCHEDULE Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Outpatient-only practice environment ROLE Provide evidence-based psychiatric care within outpatient setting Evaluate, diagnose, and manage behavioral health conditions in adults and children Develop patient-centered psychiatric treatment plans Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes ENVIRONMENT Outpatient behavioral health setting Mission-driven community healthcare organization Collaborative psychiatric care environment Full administrative and clinical support staff Stable outpatient-only structure BENEFITS Health insurance with 80% employer-paid coverage Dental and vision insurance 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match 20 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays CME allowance of $1,500 plus 5 CME days Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 Tuition reimbursement up to $2,500 annually Malpractice insurance covered License renewal, DEA, and society dues covered Employer-paid life insurance up to $100,000 Short-term and long-term disability coverage Employee Assistance Program Full support staff provided Requirements: MD or DO REQUIRED Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry REQUIRED Clear and active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED Active DEA license REQUIRED Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care preferred Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED New graduates welcome Not ready to formally apply?
