POSITION OVERVIEW Outpatient Psychiatry role serving adult and pediatric patient populations Evidence-based behavioral health environment focused on long-term patient outcomes Stable weekday-only schedule designed for provider balance and continuity of care Collaborative outpatient structure with full support staff provided Mission-driven community healthcare organization prioritizing quality psychiatric services COMPENSATION Base Salary: $240,000+ based on experience Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 SCHEDULE Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No weekends required Outpatient-only practice environment ROLE Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for adults and children Evaluate, diagnose, and manage behavioral health conditions Develop patient-centered treatment plans within outpatient setting Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams Support continuity of care and long-term treatment outcomes ENVIRONMENT Outpatient behavioral health setting Mission-driven community healthcare organization Collaborative psychiatric care environment Full administrative and clinical support staff Stable outpatient-only structure BENEFITS Health insurance with 80% employer coverage Dental and vision insurance 403(b) retirement plan with 5% employer match 20 PTO days plus 8 paid holidays CME allowance of $1,500 plus 5 CME days Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 Tuition reimbursement up to $2,500 annually Malpractice insurance covered License renewal, DEA, and society dues covered Employer-paid life insurance up to $100,000 Short-term and long-term disability coverage Employee Assistance Program Requirements: MD or DO REQUIRED Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry REQUIRED Active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED Active DEA license REQUIRED Experience providing outpatient psychiatric care preferred Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED New graduates welcome Not ready to formally apply?
