Psychologist I

We have an opportunity for a licensed psychologist to join the innovative team at Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center located in Farmington, MO. Southeast Missouri Mental Health Center currently offers forensic/long term services within a long term care psychiatric hospital. Job duties include: administer, score and interpret sex offender risk assessments; complete mental status exams to assess patient readiness for advancement and discharge from the facility; facilitate sex offender treatment groups on an as needed basis; provide empirically-supported treatment in a primarily group context; participate on multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate care/develop collaborative treatment plans; conducts individual therapy on an as needed basis; and address individual treatment needs/monitor progress in the program.
