Role Description We are seeking a skilled Psychotherapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) to join our team in a contractor capacity. This hybrid role is based in Waukesha, WI, with the flexibility to complete some work remotely. Responsibilities include providing individual counseling, conducting mental health assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals to support overall client well-being. The Psychotherapist will maintain comprehensive and accurate records in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Qualifications Strong foundation in Psychology, Counseling, and Mental Health practices Experience with conflict resolution Knowledge of Medicine as it relates to mental health care Demonstrated ability to foster trust and empathy in therapeutic relationships Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field Current licensure as a therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD or equivalent) in the state of Wisconsin Commitment to working with diverse populations and honoring client autonomy Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining client documentation
