Company Description Rollins Counseling Center is hiring a licensed psychotherapist to join our growing group practice in a hybrid role based out of our Westford, MA office. We're a clinician-owned practice with 30+ therapists across four locations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Our team treats children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, grief, relationship issues, and more. We're known for clinical depth, collegial support, and an environment where therapists are treated like the professionals they are. Role Description This is a full-time Hybrid position in our Westford office. The Psychotherapist will provide direct mental health services through one-on-one counseling, relationship counseling, and family therapy. Responsibilities include assessing clients' mental health needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities to address individual client goals and challenges. Qualifications Active MA licensure as a Psychologist, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills Benefits & Support: W2 employee status Health & dental insurance Simple IRA Competitive compensation Quarterly bonus Sick time / PTO Free supervision towards independent licensure Paid consultation EMDR consultation available Full-time admin & billing support Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 annually, based on experience and caseload.
