An Intern is responsible for performing designated jobs and learning supportive functions in an assigned department in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This is a fast-paced work environment with regular deadlines and project completion demands, which requires attentiveness to detail and support to internal departments. What will I be doing? Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Accounts Payable tasks - processing invoices, PO matching, reconciling vendor statements Accounts Receivable tasks - preparing bills, reconciling rate discrepancies General books/Income Audit - Credit Card balancing, House charges, and allowances audit Ad-hoc task - filing, organizing Pay Rate: $20/hour What are we looking for?
