Bright Eyes sees high prescriptions, complicated diagnoses, myopia treatment, vision therapy, and special needs patients, so willingness to learn is a must. Computer skills, excellent communication, attention to detail, and being a team player are essential. Pay rate is based on experience and licensure. We are looking for the best fit for the office - licensed or unlicensed with 2+ years experience in sales, billing and troubleshooting. Tasks include fitting and dispensing eyewear, calculating copays and fees, billing and ordering, scheduling, troubleshooting and helping kids feel good about their eyes! Benefits include paid time off and employers who care about you. This position will primarily be at the New Tampa Bright Eyes Kids office, with training and some days scheduled in Westchase. Bright Eyes Kids is open Tues, Wed, Thurs 9-5pm and 1 -2 Saturdays 9 -4pm per month required. Part time is 24-30 hours per week in New Tampa, and full-time schedule (36-40 hours) would add Mondays and/or Fridays in Westchase. We are an equal opportunity employer.
