Physical Therapist – 1:1 Care, Clinical Autonomy, Movement-Focused Practice (NYC) We are a boutique physical therapy practice in Hudson Heights focused on one-on-one, hour-long sessions and individualized care. This is not a high-volume clinic. We are looking for a physical therapist who values: thoughtful clinical reasoning movement analysis and problem-solving building long-term patient relationships quality of care over volume What makes this role different All sessions are 1:1 (60 minutes) Emphasis on clinical thinking, not protocols Patient population includes many individuals who have not improved in traditional PT settings Quiet, focused environment with minimal overlap and no double-booking Who this is for This position is ideal for a clinician who: Feels limited by high-volume or insurance-driven models Wants time to think, assess, and treat deliberately Is curious, detail-oriented, and interested in movement quality and biomechanics Values autonomy but also appreciates clinical collaboration Experience or interest in approaches such as PRI, movement-based systems, or advanced orthopedic reasoning is welcome, but not required.
