Public Adjuster Apprentice / Appointment Setter Miami, FL / South Florida Commission-Based | Flexible Schedule | Career Growth Opportunity AF Claims is a growing Public Adjusting firm expanding throughout Miami and South Florida. We help homeowners who are dealing with property damage insurance claims related to: Storm damage Roof leaks Water damage Plumbing leaks Mold Fire damage Hurricane losses Other property-related damages When homeowners experience damage to their property, many are stressed, overwhelmed, and unsure how to deal with the insurance process. Insurance companies may underpay, delay, or deny claims, leaving homeowners frustrated during an already difficult situation. That is where we come in. AF Claims represents homeowners during the insurance claim process. We help document damages, communicate with the insurance company, and fight for fair claim settlements. We work for the homeowner, not the insurance company. Most importantly, we only get paid when the client gets paid. Our success depends on helping our clients recover what they are owed under their policy. We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Appointment Setters / Public Adjuster Apprentices . Position Overview This position starts with speaking to homeowners, identifying possible claim opportunities, and scheduling inspections with our team. For the right person, this can become a long-term career path within the public adjusting industry, including guidance toward becoming a licensed Public Adjuster. This is not a dead-end hourly job. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow financially, learn a high-income industry, and build a serious career with a company that is actively expanding. Responsibilities Speak with homeowners regarding possible property damage Set appointments for inspections and claim evaluations Follow up with leads and potential clients Learn the insurance claim process Represent the company professionally Work independently while staying accountable to goals Help homeowners connect with the assistance they may need Ideal Backgrounds Experience is helpful but not required. Strong work ethic and people skills matter more. Income is performance-based and depends on effort, consistency, and production. High performers in this industry can earn significant income. There is no income ceiling, but this opportunity is best suited for individuals who are disciplined, motivated, and serious about building something long term.
