Overview Join our dynamic team as a Public Attendant / Houseman, where you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facility.This energetic position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional service.As a key member of our hospitality team, you will ensure that all public spaces are spotless, well-maintained, and welcoming for guests and staff alike.Your dedication will help create an inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence.Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces to ensure they are pristine and inviting Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety Assist with hotel or facility-related tasks by managing janitorial supplies, restocking amenities, and supporting housekeeping staff as needed Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use Support hospitality efforts by responding promptly to guest requests for assistance or additional services Follow health and safety protocols diligently during all cleaning and maintenance activities Collaborate with team members to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and customer service in a busy environment Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services; hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and industrial cleaning methods Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning machinery safely Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Familiarity with hospitality operations and housekeeper management practices is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Positive attitude with excellent communication skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.We value energetic individuals eager to make a difference through their dedication to cleanliness and hospitality excellence!
