Job Description Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including bond resolutions, offering statements, and closing documents Conduct legal research relevant to public finance and municipal securities Manage due diligence and closing processes, including document distribution, signature packages, and binders Prepare and file UCC, tax, and other regulatory documents Communicate with clients, underwriters, and outside counsel
