Job Description
Responsibilities Lead brand‑building efforts across external channels, developing content and communications that reflect the organization’s mission, culture, and values while strengthening relationships with partner organizations Develop and manage a national content strategy, including sponsorships, nonprofit partnerships, product donations, and media placements, supported by structured content calendars and measurable objectives Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, establish goals and budgets, and produce purpose‑driven communications such as press releases, talking points, and stakeholder messaging Lead crisis communication efforts, refine readiness plans, support high‑visibility projects, create multimedia content, and assist with community and national events as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or a related field, with 7+ years of experience in public affairs, communications, or PR/marketing Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build authentic relationships across internal and external stakeholders Experience in corporate communications planning, reputation management, and navigating federal, state, and local legislative environments Skilled in developing and placing media content—including press releases, op‑eds, and corporate stories—while understanding media strategy and outreach Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize quickly, and produce high‑quality materials in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe tools, with strong organizational and project‑management capabilities Salary: $110k - $115k Ask for: Aarti Manchanda Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
