Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Public Speaking Coach to empower kids to communicate with confidence and clarity during this summer for kids ages range from 6 - 13. This is a part time roll with about 2 hours from 10am -12 pm every weekday throughout the summer. (except the week of June 29th). This will start from Jun - 15 and end on Aug 21st. Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging coaching sessions tailored to diverse skill levels and learning styles Provide constructive feedback on speech content, delivery techniques, body language, and vocal tone Assist learners in developing clear messaging, storytelling techniques, and persuasive communication skills Prepare students for various speaking engagements such as presentations, debates, or public events Foster a supportive environment that encourages confidence-building and active participation Stay updated on best practices in public speaking training and incorporate innovative methods into coaching Skills Proven experience in public speaking, teaching, or coaching roles with a passion for mentoring others Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds Ability to analyze speech patterns and provide clear, actionable feedback Organized with the ability to plan customized coaching sessions effectively Enthusiastic about helping others unlock their potential through effective communication.
