Role Description This is a contract hybrid role for a Publishing & Production Assistant based in the San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home. The Publishing & Production Assistant will support production processes, perform quality control checks, collaborate with team members on various stages of publishing, and provide customer service to ensure smooth communication with clients. The role also includes assisting with editing tasks and ensuring deliverables meet high-quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Production Assistance and Quality Control to ensure timely and accurate outputs Strong Customer Service skills with an ability to communicate professionally with clients and partners Experience in Editing with close attention to detail for accuracy and consistency Effective Teamwork and collaboration skills to support diverse publishing projects Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Experience with publishing tools or platforms is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Publishing, Communications, English, or a related field preferred
