Key Responsibilities Explain immigration concepts and present strategic solutions Represent individuals in removal proceedings and manage a caseload Prepare diverse immigration applications and legal briefs Qualifications At least 3-5 years of Immigration Law experience Ability to manage a caseload effectively Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian, and other USCIS applications Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required Experience with Case Management Software is preferred
