Station Associate The Station Associate is responsible for providing customers with a satisfying fueling experience, including fast and friendly service. Major responsibilities beyond customer satisfaction include completing register transactions, maintaining general appearance and station cleanliness in a fast paced environment while adhering to company policies. Compensation: Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications. For the purpose of this role, the minimum salary opportunity is: PAY- $16.00-$17.75 Per hour Specific Responsibilities Customer Satisfaction Friendly, outgoing attitude with customers. Projects a respectful, professional manner at all times. Seeks advice from the Station Manager when limits of authority to resolve customer complaints are unclear. Maintains a clean and safe station as directed by management in their assigned duties. Compliance Adheres to all company policy and procedures. Notifies management of any policies that are unclear, or not being followed by other employees. Location Operations Maintain store cleanliness standards. Completes duties as assigned by management Maintains safe conditions and follows procedures in times of inclement weather, damage to the property or unforeseen emergencies. Reports to management any equipment or facility condition that is in need of repair or creates hazard. Loss Prevention and Safety Strict compliance of cash handling procedures, shift accounting, and fuel operations. Adheres to safety procedures and loss prevention policies designed to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers. Job Environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, reach, and lift. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally life and/or move up to 50 pounds.
