Europa Village is looking to fill the full-time position of Purchasing Agent. The ideal candidate must have a great eye for detail and basic math skills. They must also have adequate physical strength to unload packages and product as well as the clerical skills to update records and follow up with vendors. Previous Food & Beverage Purchasing and Receiving experience is preferred. Essential Purpose To oversee the operation of purchasing, shipping, receiving, and inventory functions. To order, receive, store, and deliver goods for the resort. Purchasing & Receiving Agent Reports To: Purchasing Manager Responsibilities Specific to Position of Purchasing Agent: Essential Duties: To Purchase all approved food, beverage, and operating supplies to meet daily resort needs while ensuring best value and quality. To Receive and inspect all deliveries to confirm they match purchase orders, invoices, and resort standards. To Maintain inventory and stock rotation across all storerooms to ensure accuracy, freshness, and proper supply levels. To Deliver and distribute goods
