Company Description Direct Hire Irvine, CA Must bilingual in Korean/Englsih $36.00-$39.00 per hour DOE + eligible for an annual bonus We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical and adaptable Purchasing & Sourcing Senior Analyst to support internal and external stakeholders through accurate reporting, effective procurement strategies and cross-functional collaboration. The role is critical in ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of products while maintaining strong communication with both our parent company overseas as well as domestic vendors. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who excels at working both independently and within a team, can prioritize in urgent situations and continuously seeks to improve efficiency in purchasing operations. Job Description Communicate with purchasing team and product management teams to identify and prioritize items in need of procurement/sourcing Strive to understand the market and conduct market research when necessary Establish materials and purchasing plans and carry out purchasing work through affiliates and non-affiliates Procure and manage supporting materials purchased through affiliates and non-affiliates Create business reports that provide insight into key data points after analysis and collection Synthesize internal and external information sources, including ERP data, competitor communications, and market research, to identify behavioral patterns and strategies and develop recommendations and actionable insights Communicate data analysis results to managers in written and verbal form and provide suggestions based on results Key reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis Develop annual sales plans by analyzing market trends, competitor activities and economic factors Analyze metrics and design reports to help the company
