Overview We have an immediate opening for a Purchasing - Inventory Specialist in Sanford, FL, to provide support to our organization and help coordinate the day to day activities in a fast-moving environment. Purchase product(s) and ensure the arrival and consumption of materials in time to ship products on time; work towards the accomplishment of sales and profit goals. Daily purchasing operations by providing quality services to customers and vendors by building and maintaining relationships with both internal teams and external vendors to sustain efficient procurement and purchasing processes. Responsibilities · Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders to acquire materials, components, supplies, equipment and inventory consistent with standards of quality and production schedules. · Maintain inventory levels as set forth by management. · Move and price excess and obsolete inventory for maximum ROI. · Communicate with vendors to assure that all compliance documentation requirements are fulfilled. · Support internal and external customers. · Regularly work with vendors, suppliers and associates to resolve grievances and claims against. · Track purchase orders and research as necessary. · Track vendor compliance documentation and assist with vendor audits. · Experience in logistics/supply chain management desired. · Proficient in Microsoft Office especially strong in Excel. Qualifications Prior medical product experience required 2-5 years of relevant ERP experience – Netsuite preferred but not required. BA/BS degree or 3-5 years equivalent working experience Strong technical and procedural knowledge of ERP systems and procurement processes Proficient in Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel skills: database formulas, pivot tables, and charts Experience with ERP reporting tools, queries, and business intelligence applications Ability to interface with external and internal customers in a profession and ethical manner Strong written and verbal communications skills Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
