Job Description
The Purchasing & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for supporting the procurement and receiving operations of the company. This role works with vendors to obtain quotes, place orders, and track deliveries while verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation. This position also provides general administrative support to company leadership. Responsibilities: Request vendor quotes and assist with purchasing activities Order parts and materials from vendors Communicate with vendors regarding lead times, pricing, and delivery status Receive incoming parts and verify shipments Create job bin labels and organize parts into the appropriate job kits Maintain and update purchasing records and order documentation Provide general administrative support to company leadership Minimum Previous Experience: 2+ years of purchasing, receiving, or supply chain experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Experience working with purchase orders, vendor quotes, or order tracking preferred Ability to track multiple orders and follow up with vendors when needed Experience with ERP or inventory management software (Global Shop experience a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
