We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Execute and manage testing activities, including creating test cases, documenting results, and logging defects. Support quality assurance processes by participating in requirements and design reviews, and developing test scripts. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to support test planning, execution, and defect resolution. Recommend enhancements to QA practices and support testing activities across projects and production support. Perform system and problem analysis for applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability. What You'll Need 3+ years of experience in software application development and testing. Coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics, or equivalent experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Experience with test planning, test case design, and defect tracking tools.
