Job Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS a.Completes daily panning and baking of frozen dough sample b.Completes required photos, measuring, and other assessments as required of baked samples.c.Completes case checks per run.d.Ability to complete receiving of bulk ingredients.e.Performs testing on ingredients and finished products, initiate on-hold process when necessary.f.Releases or rejects incoming and outgoing products that fail to meet product specifications.g.Assists internal customers with product quality concerns.h.Maintain spreadsheets through data entry, complete data sheets on RedZone.i.Calibrate equipment properly.j.Any other duties as assigned by Food Safety and Quality Manager.Shift:8p-4:30a Education Required:High School Diploma or equivalent GED Experience Strong computer, administrative, and communication skills.Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Strong knowledge of HACCP procedures, BRC policies, and GMP's.Proficient in computer usage.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external customers, both written and verbal.Team player with critical thinking skills and strong problem solving capabilities.Proactive and self-motivated with successful project accomplishments.Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.Physical Requirements Standing and sitting and ability to lift 10 pounds frequently..
