QA Complaint Intake Specialist ๐ San Diego, CA (Local candidates only) ๐ฒ $28โ31/hr ๐ 12-Week Contract ๐ข BioPhase BioPhase is seeking a QA Complaint Intake Specialist to support complaint intake, documentation, and follow-up activities for a medical device company in San Diego. This is a fast-moving, short-term contract opportunity ideal for candidates with experience in Quality Assurance, complaint handling, customer support, or regulated documentation environments. Responsibilities: Receive and document product complaint information from internal teams, customer support, and other approved channels Enter and maintain complaint records within the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) Review complaint details for completeness and follow up on missing or unclear information Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather supporting documentation and investigation details Track complaint follow-up activities, returned product status, and related documentation Support complaint trending, reporting, and quality system timelines Escalate urgent or potentially reportable events to QA Management as needed Qualifications: 1โ3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, complaint handling, customer support, regulated documentation, or a related field Medical device or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred Experience working within an eQMS or regulated environment is a plus Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Additional Details: No college degree required Local San Diego candidates only Looking for candidates available to start ASAP Firm 12-week contract assignment If interested, please apply directly or reach out to BioPhase for more information.
