About The Role We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join our dynamic engineering team. This pivotal role involves overseeing all quality assurance and quality control processes across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and jurisdictional requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inspections, test documentation, and compliance requirements, working closely with project teams to uphold high standards of quality and safety. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the engineering or construction industry. Proven experience managing inspections, test documentation, and compliance requirements for jurisdictional and third-party agencies. Familiarity with QA/QC processes including Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), work packages, and inspection tracking systems. Experience with construction management and documentation software such as BIM360, Procore, or similar platforms. Ability to read and interpret contract drawings, specifications, and submittals with high accuracy. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and adherence to quality standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse project teams. Proven ability to identify issues, drive resolution, and track items through completion. Capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a dynamic construction setting. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all aspects of QA/QC processes, including conducting inspections, testing, and ensuring compliance with project and regulatory standards. Develop, implement, and continuously improve QA/QC procedures to uphold quality standards across all projects. Coordinate with project teams to manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), work packages, and inspection tracking to ensure timely resolution of issues. Utilize construction management and documentation software such as BIM360, Procore, or similar platforms for effective project oversight. Read and interpret contract drawings, specifications, and submittals accurately to verify compliance with project requirements. Collaborate with field staff, shop personnel, and management to ensure quality standards are consistently met and maintained. Identify potential issues early, facilitate resolution, and track corrective actions through to completion. Manage multiple priorities efficiently, ensuring all project deadlines and quality benchmarks are achieved in a fast-paced environment.
