Job Description
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Manager II to support telecommunications operations at Fort Bragg, NC . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT & telecommunications quality standards, compliance, and process improvement. Responsibilities of the QA Analyst include: Review technical requirements and support planning and design efforts for telecommunications projects Conduct site visits to inspect network installation, maintenance activities, and infrastructure quality Recommend improvements aligned with DoD, U.S. Army, and industry best practices and standards Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards, processes, and documentation for telecommunications deliverables Lead formal and informal quality reviews at key project milestones Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify systemic issues, track trends, and drive corrective actions. Manage quality improvement initiatives, including problem management, risk mitigation, and continuous process optimization Prepare QA reports, compliance documentation, and performance evaluations for leadership review Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality across all project phases Demonstrate strong communication, analytical thinking, and professional engagement with all organizational levels Qualifications for the QA Analyst include: 3+ years of experience in quality assurance for IT and telecommunications programs Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred BICSI Technician certification required Experience conducting audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning Proficiency in developing QA metrics, tracking performance, and implementing process improvements Experience conducting formal and informal reviews of technical project deliverables Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), risk assessments, and process auditing methodologies Ability to work effectively with technical teams, leadership, and external stakeholders Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret clearance Compensation for the QA Analyst includes: Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000/year depending on experience Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
