Share best practices for proper handling with the Operations team. Organize multiple tasks on a daily basis and adjust as needed. Utilize USDA inspection process when necessary. Communicate good and bad quality issues with Operation and Quality departments. Communicate effectively with all departments. Maintain awareness of food safety.
