QA Specialist

A company is looking for a QA Specialist to join their Quality Assurance Department supporting global quality initiatives. Key Responsibilities Support the global rollout of a new electronic Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple business units and countries Coordinate between central project teams and local teams to ensure smooth implementation and adoption Manage training sessions and assist in the development of local training materials Required Qualifications Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems and knowledge of GxP standards such as GMP and GDP Background in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
