We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Lead end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, including requirements refinement, technical design, development, and deployment planning. Build high-quality, production-ready solutions leveraging established design patterns and coding standards. Automate test coverage and support continuous integration practices to minimize defects. Strengthen platform reliability by participating in on-call support, incident remediation, and root-cause analysis. Improve platform health through strong engineering practices and operational excellence. What You'll Need 4–10 years of professional industry experience in software development. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 2+ years of experience leading teams of four or more software developers. Advanced experience with relevant platforms, including established APIs and key system components. Strong experience with integration and data transport patterns.
