Job Description Position Purpose: The QAQC Supervisor is responsible for directing and implementing comprehensive quality management systems within the laboratory environment, with a focus on leading quality control initiatives and program implementation. This role manages quality assurance programs, supports staff development, and ensures regulatory compliance. The position leads internal quality assessments, assists in performance evaluations, oversees corrective actions, and conducts internal audits while providing technical guidance to laboratory personnel. Working closely with laboratory management, this role drives quality metrics, implements quality control programs, and maintains instrument qualification standards to support accurate and reliable laboratory operations. The supervisor ensures operational excellence through quality training, process improvement, and maintaining rigorous quality standards across all laboratory functions.
