QC Chemist

Job opening for a Chemist/ QC Technician. Applicant must have a 4 year degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology. Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year experience working in the lab of a GMP regulated facility Applicant must have good wet chem lab skills. Must produce repeatable accurate testing. and results. Applicant will perform in-process and final product wet chemistry testing, microbiological RO water testing. Applicant must be focused, willing and able to learn our products, must have a high attention to detail, able to read and follow work instructions, be able to work independently and in a team, have a good work ethic and be a good communicator, and be computer literate. Applicant will split time between lab, production area and office work. Applicant will provide support to the manufacturing staff. Applicant will be involved in Document Control, print Labels, generate QR codes, maintain different log books Applicant will perform wet chemistry tests, microbiological tests, perform QC tasks in the production area( check weights, check paperwork, check machine maintenance schedule), maintain QC paperwork, release orders, inventory control.
