In this role you'll be responsible for delivery and pick up of HMA, RMC, and Aggregate samples from various locations. When not running samples, the applicant assists in the materials lab with HMA, RMC, and Aggregate testing. Opportunities for Community Engagement Medical/Dental/Vision/Prescription Employee Assistance Program Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties And Functions) Facilitate communication between testing lab and projects. Communicate with Field and Lab Supervisors as well as on site inspectors. Demonstrates safe work habits and takes an active role in the Company’s safety program. Pick-up and deliver HMA, RMC, and Aggregate samples from plants, pits, and project sites. Puts away parts on shelves in Parts Department File paperwork Performs Daily Inspections of the lab and company vehicle. Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions. Other tasks and duties as assigned to meet business needs. Regular and timely attendance. Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Minimum Qualifications Valid driver’s license and CLEAN driving record required. Demonstrated high dependability with a track record of punctuality and reliability. Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and capable of working independently and efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with coworkers and customers. Demonstrates the ability to perform work efficiently utilizing a P.C. and windows-based software such as Excel, Word, and internet-based programs. Must pass physical exam and pre-employment-controlled substance testing. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Experience with parts and inventory highly preferred. Must have a current and valid driver’s license.
