Responsibilities Delivery : Uses a personal vehicle to deliver orders to customer events, maintaining an acceptable driving record. Marketing, Sales, and promotion: Generates new catering business by reaching out to local businesses, schools, and events as well as participating in community events to promote services. Order management: Inputting orders into the system, scheduling events, following up with clients, and upselling. Fullfills and oversees catering orders, ensuring accuracy & timely preparation. Event coordination: Ensuring on-time delivery and setup for events. Customer service: Representing Qdoba professionally and ensuring client satisfaction after the event. Requirements Customer-facing experience: Must be professional, with strong communication and hospitality skills. Knowledge of menu: A thorough understanding of the Qdoba catering menu is essential. Organizational skills: The ability to manage multiple orders and events at once. Driver's license: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are often required. Technical knowledge: software to include Microsoft Office, Monkey Media, and other platforms used to increase catering revenue.
